Every custom creation begins with a conversation. We sit down with you — in person or by phone — to understand your vision, budget, and the story behind it. Bring inspiration photos, sketches, heirloom jewelry, or just your ideas.
Design & CAD
Our designers translate your vision into detailed hand sketches and photorealistic CAD renderings. You'll see exactly what your creation will look like from every angle before a single metal is touched.
Stone Selection
If your design includes diamonds or gemstones, we source options that meet your exact specifications. You compare actual stones — not just certificates — and make the final selection with our guidance.
Fabrication
Our master jewelers bring the design to life using traditional goldsmithing combined with modern precision tools. Every joint is soldered, every prong is set, every surface is finished entirely by hand.
Quality Review
Before delivery, we conduct a thorough quality inspection — checking every stone, every prong, every surface. You review the finished work and we make any final adjustments until it's perfect.
Delivery
Your one-of-a-kind creation arrives in a Siegel presentation box with all certificates and documentation. We photograph it for our records and provide personalized care instructions.
