Jim Siegel
4th Generation Owner & Certified Gemologist Appraiser
Jim Siegel is the 4th generation owner of Siegel Jewelers. From a young age, Jim was immersed in the jewelry world, often running errands and making deliveries for the store. In his teen years, he was the store's machine engraver. In 1972 Jim was officially put on the payroll. After studying at the Gemological Institute of America and earning the title of Certified Gemologist Appraiser, Jim took charge of appraising jewelry. As leader of Siegel Jewelers, Jim now focuses on the big picture — guiding staff, marketing, and finances into the future.
Joel Siegel
4th Generation Co-Owner & Jewelry Expert
Joel Siegel is the younger brother of Jim and co-owner of Siegel Jewelers. After completing college, he began working at Siegel Jewelers in 1978. With over 46 years of experience, Joel oversees all aspects of buying, selling, and appraising jewelry. His favorite part about working at Siegel Jewelers is helping people celebrate happy life moments.
Jaron Siegel
5th Generation — Digital Design & Marketing
Jaron Siegel is the 5th generation of the Siegel Family legacy and son of Jim Siegel. He is invaluable to the team when it comes to keeping Siegel Jewelers up to date. Willing to take on any challenge with determination and patience, Jaron is an expert in digital design, marketing, and has a genuine love for people.
Alicia Siegel
5th Generation — Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Alicia Siegel is a 5th generation member of the Siegel family and wife of Jaron Siegel. As Siegel Jewelers' Social Media Guru and Marketing Specialist, Alicia brings creativity, heart, and a keen eye for storytelling to everything she does. She is the voice behind the brand's social presence and a passionate advocate for sharing the Siegel legacy with the world.

After growing up in a family-owned jewelry store, Neishia co-owned her own store for 24 years. As a member of the Diamond Council of America, she loves getting to be a part of wonderful moments in life and jewelry gift-giving.

Jim Hartwell started his career in the jewelry industry in 1984. With the Registered Jeweler certification from the American Gem Society and over 30 years of management experience, Jim H puts his vast knowledge to good use motivating and keeping the team focused.

Shannon puts her attentive eye for detail to adroit use in our merchandising and sales departments. With over 15 years of experience, including AGS certification and GIA training, Shannon is an accomplished member of our team.

Dave Wall brings nearly forty years of expertise and passion to Siegel Jewelers. A certified diamontologist, Dave's depth of knowledge spans from intricate repairs to watch expertise, making him a true gem in the team.

Master Bench Jeweler — In-House Repairs
Danny, our master bench jeweler since 1999, performs all in-house repairs. He approaches every item of jewelry that enters the shop with incredible attention to detail. His favorite repair is setting diamonds.

Master Bench Jeweler — Custom Design
Over 20 years ago, Tommy joined the Siegel team as a master bench jeweler. His can-do attitude and patient perseverance are invaluable when it comes to completing intricate repairs and custom designs.

Sales Associate
Maya is the daughter of Jaron and Alicia Siegel, making her the 6th generation of the Siegel family to work at the store. A senior in high school and headed to Michigan State University this fall, Maya brings fresh energy, a natural warmth with customers, and a genuine love for jewelry to the Siegel team.
