5. Repair & Service Terms
When you bring jewelry to Siegel Jewelers for repair or service:
- We will provide a written estimate before any work begins
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not noted at the time of drop-off
- Items not picked up within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage fees
- We carry insurance on items in our care, but recommend you maintain your own jewelry insurance
6. Custom Design
Custom design projects require a non-refundable design deposit. Once a custom piece enters production, cancellations may result in forfeiture of materials and labor costs incurred to that point. All custom designs are created exclusively for the commissioning customer and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Siegel Jewelers or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
